Quartz is a sweet young cat who just wants to spend time with you and play with a ball. Multiple visitors and a cat sitter have described him as lovely, adorable, and not having a bad bone in his body.
Quartz loves human company and will happily settle next to you, purring away, sometimes cuddling up on a lap or a chest. His nickname is Mr Purr because of his happy demeanour!
Quartz also loves to play. His favourite thing to do is knock a ball around, but he also enjoys hunting a dangler toy and using his scratcher.
As he was a bit nervous when he first arrived with us, he may need a few days to settle into his new home. Once settled, though, he will reward you with snuggles and purrs.
Quartz could live with other cats or dogs, provided careful introductions are made.
Quartz is neutered and fully vaccinated. He has been seen by the vet due to some sores and swelling in his mouth. These have cleared up since swapping to a chicken-free food and using ceramic bowls. We would recommend that his adopters continue to avoid chicken in his food.
All RK cats are wormed/flead to date and chipped. We provide 4 weeks free Petplan insurance on adoption.

These cats are in Manchester – you must be able to collect from Manchester, M34 or Stockport, SK4. Please do not apply if you are unable to take within a week after a successful home check.
If you live in rented accommodation please ensure you have proof of landlord permission before you apply.
If you already have cats, they must be neutered, fully vaccinated and up to date with boosters. Please ensure you have proof of vaccination status before you apply.
