Meet a gentle little soul looking for a calm, patient home. 
Gideon is a shy boy who likes to observe the world from his safe spots at first. When he arrived he spent most of his time hiding, but after about five days of giving him space and letting him come to us on his terms, he started to venture out for affection.
Once he trusts you, he melts. He absolutely adores head strokes and brushing — so much so that he drools, snuggles and purrs happily while you fuss over him. It’s incredibly sweet and feels very special when he chooses to come over for love.
He’s not a lap cat yet and isn’t much of a player at the moment, but he’s clearly learning that people are kind and that affection is a good thing. With a patient adopter who will let him continue to build confidence at his own pace, he has all the makings of a wonderfully devoted companion.
Gideon would likely thrive in a quiet home where he can take things slowly, and in return you’ll get those heart-melting moments when he leans in for strokes and purrs like a tiny engine.

This cat is in Manchester – you must be able to collect from Manchester, M34 or Stockport, SK4. Please do not apply if you are unable to take within a week after a successful home check.
If you already have cats, they must be neutered, fully vaccinated and up to date with boosters. Please ensure you have proof of vaccination status before you apply.
